Meet Lukas · the brainstorm AI

Not sure what to build? Brainstorm with Lukas first.

Lukas is Vequro's AI product strategist — the brainstorm partner you talk to before building. You tell him the messy version of the idea; he helps you sort out who it's for, what screens it needs, and how the work flows. Then he packages it all into a Build Brief and Master Prompt the builder can run with — so the app that comes out is the app you actually meant.

Example conversation — not a live chat

I want to start a cleaning business but I don't know where to start.
Lukas Let's map it: who books, how they pay, what you track. Here's your plan — a leads inbox, a bookings calendar, and a follow-up after every clean. Want me to turn that into your build brief?
Yes — and I need my crew to see today's jobs.

        Two ways in

Start a business — or put AI to work in the one you have

Vequro isn't only for people starting from zero — and it isn't only for people who already have a company. It's both: first you get the app, then you get help running it.

        Starting something?

        Build your business

You have the idea — maybe that's all you have so far. Describe it in plain English, plan it with Lukas, and Vequro builds the app your business will run on: bookings, customers, records, follow-ups. You launch with real software instead of a notebook and a hope.

Create an app — and put AI to work

Build the tool your business actually runs on, then let AI Employees help operate it: bookings, customer records, follow-ups and billing prep — inside approvals and budgets you set. AI Employees are in early access and roll out as each one is proven, so the help grows as it earns trust.

        Who Vequro is for

Big ideas. Busy lives. Real possibilities.

The 9–5 employee / aspiring founder

Your business idea shouldn't have to wait until you quit your job.

Start with an app, booking and lead workflow, and later configure optional bounded AI help.

Example prompt“I work full-time and want to start a mobile car detailing business. Build an app for customer requests, quotes, bookings and leads; show where approved AI assistance could help.”

        Build My Side Business

        The stay-at-home parent / creator

Your next business can start from home.

Plan a faceless YouTube or digital creator business around your time constraints, with an app for ideas, scripts, schedules, review and production status.

Example prompt“I'm a stay-at-home parent creating a faceless YouTube channel. Build an app to organize video ideas, script drafts, a content calendar, review status and production tasks.”

        Build My Creator Business

        The existing business owner

Your business is growing. Your workload doesn't have to grow with it.

Create a custom CRM, booking, service or operations app around the workflows you already use.

Example prompt“I own a cleaning company. Build a CRM for incoming leads, customers, bookings and staff tasks, with an optional approved follow-up Employee workflow.”

        Improve My Business

        The SaaS founder / developer

Turn your product idea into software people can actually use.

Build a scoped application with real user journeys, record management and version control.

Example prompt“Build a SaaS customer portal with member login, customer records, task tracking and an operations dashboard.”

        Build My SaaS

        Your next chapter

Whatever your story, start where you are.

        The parent with a dream

You put everyone else first. Your idea still matters.

The house finally goes quiet. You are still thinking about that faceless YouTube channel or the cookbook full of family recipes. Tell Vequro what you dream of creating. Start with a recipe library, content planner or your first app; as AI Employees become certified, they could help with approved tasks while you make time for the people you love.

Example prompt“Build an app for my home-based creator business, with a recipe library, content ideas and a publishing plan.”

        Build My Creator Dream

        The 40-hour dreamer

You clock out. Your ambition does not.

Forty hours at work. Then family, bills and another late-night video about someone building an online business with AI. You have ideas, but no extra hours to waste. Tell Lukas your real routine and what you want to achieve. He can help turn all that noise into a realistic plan, with one useful app as your first step—not another promise of overnight income.

Example prompt“I work full-time and want to start a side business. Build an app to organize my ideas, leads, bookings and available time.”

        Start My Side Business

The owner who does it all

You built the business. You shouldn't have to carry every task alone.

You answer calls between appointments, chase quotes after dinner and wonder when you last had a real day off. You started this for freedom, not endless admin. Describe what is stealing your time. Build the booking, CRM or operations app you wish you had, then explore controlled AI help as those capabilities are certified.

Example prompt“Build an operations app for my business to manage customers, quotes, bookings and tasks.”

        Lighten My Workload

        The first-time builder

You have the idea. Just not the team, the investors or the coding skills.

Maybe you're a student, a new freelancer or the person everyone says has “big ideas.” Your notes app is full of them. You do not need a perfect pitch or a technical cofounder to begin. Start with one useful app, learn from real people and give the idea a chance to become something tangible.

Example prompt“Help me build a first application for my business idea, with customer requests and a simple dashboard.”

        Build My First App

        The next-chapter founder

Your next chapter deserves more than another “someday.”

A career change. A move. A layoff. Or a dream you've carried quietly for years. Starting again can feel intimidating, but your skills and experience still count. Tell Vequro what you know and what you want to offer. Build a straightforward service site or client portal, and move forward at your own pace.

Example prompt“Build a service business app with a client portal, inquiries, appointments and project tracking.”

        Start My Next Chapter

Examples are starting points, not certified templates. Automatic video creation or publishing is not included. Provider connections, AI actions, payments and custom domains need their own readiness checks.

        How it works

From one sentence to a working app

Three steps. You bring the idea and the know-how about your business — Vequro handles the building.

        1

        Plan with Lukas

Lukas is Vequro's built-in product strategist. Chat through your rough idea and he'll turn it into a clear build brief — screens, data, and workflow. Brainstorming is included on every plan; the final brief costs 1 credit.

        2

        Build by describing

Vequro assembles the app from your brief. Want a change? Just say it in plain English — add a screen, rename a field, tweak the flow — and it rebuilds. Every version is saved, so you can always go back.

        3

        Preview, then publish

Try the real app in a live preview, exactly as your customers or team will use it. When it feels right, publish it and share the link.

        What to build

The apps small businesses actually need

If it runs on lists, bookings, forms, and follow-ups, Vequro can build it. Start from one of these, or describe your own.

        Client portals

A private home for each client — their projects, documents, messages, and next steps in one place.

        Booking systems

Services, calendars, and reminders that fill your chairs, rooms, or bays without the phone tag.

        CRMs

Every lead and customer in one pipeline, with follow-ups that don't fall through the cracks.

        Dashboards

Sales, jobs, stock, or cash — the numbers that run your week, on one clear screen.

        Intake forms

Applications, requests, and questionnaires that land organised instead of scattered across email.

        Inventory trackers

Know what's in stock, what's running low, and what to reorder — before you run out.

        Early Access

Then the app starts doing the work

Building the app is half of Vequro. The other half, now in early access: AI Employees being proven to operate the business inside the apps you build — taking bookings, keeping customer records current, chasing follow-ups, and preparing billing, so work keeps moving between your visits.

AI Employees are in early access. They roll out to accounts one at a time, as each one is proven in real use — no big-bang promises, just working software earning its place.

Bookings & remindersIn early access — being proven on taking appointments and making sure people show up.
Customer follow-upsIn early access — being proven on checking in, nudging, and replying so no customer goes quiet.
Records, kept currentIn early access — being proven on updating customer and job records as work happens.
Billing prepIn early access — being proven on getting invoices and payment follow-ups ready for you.

        FAQ

        Every question, answered straight

Search, or pick a topic. And where something isn't certified or finished yet, the answer says so plainly — we'd rather tell you than sell you.

        Getting started

        What is Vequro?

Vequro is an AI app builder for real businesses. You describe the app you need in plain English; Lukas, the built-in product strategist, helps you plan it; Vequro builds a working app you can preview, publish and keep improving. No code — and no AI API key to bring.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You describe what your business needs in plain English. Lukas turns it into a plan, Vequro builds the app, and changes are made the same way — by describing them.

        What is Lukas?

Lukas is Vequro's built-in product strategist. He helps you think the app through before anything is built — what screens it needs, what data it tracks, how the workflow runs. Brainstorming with Lukas is included on every plan; when you're ready, the final Build Brief costs 1 credit.

        Can I skip Lukas?

You can keep the chat as short as you like, but every build starts from a brief, so Vequro knows what to make. Brainstorming is free; the final Build Brief and Master Prompt cost 1 credit when you're ready to build.

Do I need my own AI API key?

No. Vequro runs on monthly credits included in your plan — there's nothing to sign up for elsewhere and no key to paste in.

Do I need to bring my own OpenAI key?

No — same answer, plainer: Vequro's AI runs on the credits in your plan. There's no OpenAI account to open and no key to paste in.

        Can I start free?

Yes. The Free plan is $0, with 50 credits every month and up to 5 apps — enough to plan and build a real first app, not a toy demo.

        Is there a Free plan?

Yes — Free is $0/month: 50 credits a month, up to 5 apps, and Lukas brainstorming included. Paid plans add more credits and more apps when you outgrow it.

Can Lukas help me decide what to build?

Yes — that's his job. Tell him about your business and he'll suggest the app that removes the most pain first, then shape it into a build brief with you.

        Building & versions

Is Vequro only a website mockup builder?

No. Vequro builds working apps — screens, records you can add, edit and delete, member sign-ins and real workflows — not just pictures of an app. You preview the real thing before you publish it.

What can I build from a plain-English prompt?

Booking systems, CRMs, client portals, dashboards, intake forms, inventory trackers and internal tools — anything that runs on lists, forms, records and follow-ups. If it runs on spreadsheets today, it's a strong candidate.

Can I build a booking application?

Yes. Describe your services, hours and who books what, and Vequro builds the calendar, the booking flow and the client list. Try the cleaning company example in the demo at the top of this page.

        Can I build a CRM?

Yes. Contacts, pipelines, follow-up tasks and deal stages are core building blocks — describe how your sales process works and Lukas will shape the CRM around it.

Can I change an app after creating it?

Yes. Describe the change in plain English, preview the new version, and republish when it looks right. Small tweaks and big additions work the same way.

Do I need to start over to make an edit?

No. Edits build on your current app, and every version is saved — changes are small, safe and reversible.

What does a saved version mean?

Every time your app is built or changed, that state is kept as a saved version. A bad edit never wipes out the version that worked.

Can I recover an earlier version?

Yes. Because versions are saved as you go, you can restore an earlier state of your app if a change doesn't work out. Restoring brings that version back as your working draft — your live app keeps serving the current version until you publish the restored one, so nothing changes for your visitors until you say so.

What is the difference between Draft, Preview and Publish?

Draft is your working copy. Preview is the real app running privately, so you can test it exactly as people will use it. Publish makes a version live at your app's link, for the people you share it with.

        Data & privacy

Will data entered in Preview persist?

Treat Preview as a test drive: click through the flows with sample entries to make sure everything works. Your published app is where real, day-to-day data belongs — don't use preview entries as your records.

Will published app data survive a reload?

Yes. Data in a published app is stored behind the app, not held in the page — reload, close the tab, come back tomorrow, and the same records are there.

Can my app add, edit and delete records?

Yes. Apps are built around records — customers, bookings, jobs, stock — with adding, editing and deleting as standard behaviour.

Does my app need its own database server?

No. Vequro provides the storage behind your app. There's no database to set up, host, secure or maintain.

Can I store real customer information immediately?

Carefully. Vequro is in controlled early access and we're still finishing the hardening of how published apps protect their data. Start with test or low-sensitivity data, prefer members-only apps, and check the current guidance inside the app before storing sensitive customer details.

Can I protect a published app with a PIN code?

Yes — and the PIN is now the extra lock, not the main one. The full per-user protection is live: a published app’s data is served only to people authorized for it, checked on every request, so a visitor without access gets nothing — even with the app’s own page code in hand. You can also set a PIN as a simple front-door code on top of that. For anything sensitive, members-only mode is still the strongest setting: only people you add can open the app at all.

Can I make an app public?

Yes. A published app gets a link you can share with anyone. Public is a choice you make per app — nothing goes public unless you publish it that way.

Can I restrict an app to members?

Yes. Apps can be set to members-only, so only people who sign in to that app can use it and see its data.

Can visitors register for a generated app?

Yes. Generated apps can have their own user accounts, separate from your Vequro account — your customers and team sign in to your app, not into Vequro.

Can app members sign in with Google?

Social sign-in options are being rolled out and verified provider by provider. Check the sign-in options shown in your app before promising Google sign-in to your members.

        Is Microsoft sign-in always available?

No — don't assume it. Provider sign-ins are enabled only as each one is verified. If Microsoft sign-in matters for your app, confirm it's live for your app first.

Can my team use one application?

Yes. One app can serve your whole team, with a member account for each person.

Can I choose who may edit records?

Apps support member roles and permissions, so you can separate who can view records from who can change them. Set the roles up before you invite the team in.

        Publishing & domains

        Can I publish my app?

Yes. When the preview looks right, publish it and share the link. You can republish a new version any time — publishing again doesn't break the link.

Do I need a custom domain to start?

No. Your app works on its Vequro link from day one. A custom domain is an optional later upgrade, not a starting requirement.

        Are custom domains ready immediately?

No. Connecting a domain means DNS changes and security-certificate setup, and the feature is being rolled out carefully — verify it's connected before you rely on it. Your Vequro link keeps working in the meantime.

How long does a custom domain take to connect?

Once the feature is enabled for your account and your DNS records are set, allow up to 24–48 hours for DNS and certificates to settle. Confirm the domain shows as connected in Vequro before announcing the new address.

        Integrations & email

        How do integration permissions work?

You connect a service and grant specific permissions. An app can only use what you've granted, access is requested per integration rather than all-or-nothing, and nothing connects itself.

Can someone use an integration without permission?

No. Integrations run under the permissions you granted — if access wasn't granted, the app can't use that integration.

        Can I connect Google Workspace?

Google connections are rolling out and being verified, so availability can vary by account during early access. Check the integrations list in your workspace, and verify a connection actually works before building a workflow on top of it.

        Can I connect Slack?

Slack is rolling out in stages. Check your workspace's integrations list for current availability before counting on it for anything important.

        Can I connect Notion?

Notion is rolling out in stages, like the other integrations. Confirm it appears in your workspace's integrations list — and that the connection works — before building on it.

Can I use webhooks or external APIs?

For more advanced setups, yes — webhooks and external APIs are how apps can talk to other systems. Availability depends on your app's permissions, so test with non-critical data first.

        Can I disconnect an integration?

Yes. You can revoke a connection at any time from your workspace, and the app loses access as soon as you do.

Does connecting a provider expose its password to my app?

No. Connections go through the provider's own secure sign-in — your password stays with the provider, and Vequro holds a revocable access grant, never your password.

Can a generated app send emails?

Email features are being rolled out and verified. Before you rely on app-sent email — receipts, reminders, confirmations — confirm sending is enabled and tested for your app. During early access, don't let it be the only copy of something important.

        Plans & credits

How many credits come with each plan?

Free: 50 credits a month, up to 5 apps. Builder — $29/month or $278/year: 500 credits, up to 25 apps. Pro — $79/month or $758/year: 2,000 credits, up to 100 apps. Lukas brainstorming is included on every plan.

        What consumes build credits?

Building work: generating an app, rebuilding it after changes, and finalising a Build Brief + Master Prompt with Lukas (1 credit). Browsing, brainstorming with Lukas, and simply using your published apps don't consume build credits. If you run out, your published apps keep running — you just wait for the monthly refresh or upgrade.

Do build credits reset every month?

Yes. Credits refresh at the start of each month on every plan, including Free.

Does a failed build still use credits?

Credits are reserved before a build runs, so you're never charged twice for the same job. If a build genuinely fails, check its status in your workspace — and contact support through the app if a failed build looks like it kept credits it shouldn't have.

        Can I choose annual billing?

Yes. Builder is $278/year and Pro is $758/year when billed annually, instead of $29 and $79 monthly.

        Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes, from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and cancelling doesn't delete your apps or their data.

        Payments

        Can I accept payments?

Two different things — and the answers below separate them. Paying Vequro for your plan is one thing; your customers paying you inside a generated app is another, and that second one is not yet certified. Don't rely on in-app payments for real customer money yet.

Are Vequro subscriptions the same as payments inside an app?

No. Your subscription pays Vequro for your plan and credits. Payments inside an app would be your customers paying you — a separate feature, with its own setup and verification.

Can I accept customer payments in my generated app today?

Not yet — in-app payments are still being verified end to end, so they're not certified for real customer payments today. Verify the current status inside the app before you ever rely on it.

        Does Vequro support PayPal?

Not certified yet. Don't promise customers PayPal inside a generated app today — check the payments status in your workspace for what is actually live.

        Does Vequro support Square?

Not certified yet — same as PayPal. Until a payment method shows as verified for your app, treat it as unavailable.

        AI Employees

Are AI Employees available right now?

They're in early access. The builder is open today; AI Employees roll out to accounts one at a time, as each one is proven in real use — not all at once.

Can AI Employees change my business records?

Only within the limits you set. AI Employees work inside approvals and budgets — jobs can be set to wait for your approval before anything changes, and spending caps apply. They're in early access, rolling out as each one is proven.

Will AI Employees automatically run my business?

No — and be suspicious of anyone who promises that. AI Employees are being proven on specific jobs: bookings, follow-ups, keeping records current, billing prep — with approvals and budgets. They help operate the business; they don't replace your judgment, and they are not fully autonomous today.

Can AI Employees work with my connected applications?

That's the direction: employees act inside the apps you build and — as integrations are verified — the services you connect, always under the permissions and approvals you've granted. Availability grows as each piece is proven.

        Help & contact

        Where can I get help?

Sign in to Vequro and use the support and contact options inside the app — that's the fastest route to a human who can actually see your account. The contact block right below takes you there.

Still stuck? Talk to a human.

Support runs through the app, so the person helping you can see your account, your apps and your builds — no ticket black hole, no phone queue, no explaining everything from zero. Sign in and you'll find the contact options inside.
